SGUL Freshers

Since the dawn of time itself, St.George’s has been renowned across the land, nay the enitre World, for its splendid array of exciting, mouth-watering events that make SGUL Fresher Fortnight, and this year is no exception!

Unlike most Unis who can only manage one week of craziness
(boring!)
THE party people, here at George’s enjoy weeks of events for all courses
and a whole 2 weeks of non stop madness for the Freshers’ Fortnight
(when the last of the courses have arrived at the beginning of October.)

This means that all courses party together!
The more people the harder the party!

Freshers’ is not just there to offer you fun and frolics for the first few weeks of your course, it also serves a very important purpose:

It helps you all settle into the George’s way of life.

Helps you learn about your new housemates.
(p.s. you do have to live with them for a year!)

Gets you talking to everyone, and everyone talking to you.

And helps set you on your feet at the Finest Medical School in the Land.
(Cor Blimey!)

After all you could be here from three to seven years!

So sit back.
Don’t relax.
(you can do that afterwards)
And prepare yourself for the best two weeks of your life
